Terms & Conditions – Grand Opening 5 Day Giveaway 

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is Tauranga Crossing, 2 Taurikura Drive, Tauriko 3110, Tauranga (“the Promoter”). This giveaway is in celebration of the Farmers Grand Opening. 
  1. Acceptance
    By entering this giveaway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
  1. Promotion Period
    The giveaway runs for five (5) consecutive days from 13th – 17th October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). A new prize will be featured and drawn at 2pm each day. 
  1. Eligibility
    This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Tauranga Crossing, Farmers, or associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. 
  1. How to Enter
    To enter:
    a. Follow Tauranga Crossing on Facebook or Instagram.
    b. Like the daily giveaway post.
    c. Comment on the post in line with the instructions (e.g. tag a friend).
    A person can enter as many times as they like. Entrants may enter on both Facebook and Instagram. 
  1. Prizes
    There are five (5) prizes to be won – one prize per day: 
  • Day 1: Dyson V11 Advanced Vacuum (RRP $1,200) 
  • Day 2: Smeg Kitchen Set – 4-Slice Toaster & Electric Kettle (RRP $600) 
  • Day 3: Chanel “His & Hers” Fragrance Pack – N°5 Eau de Parfum & Bleu de Chanel Parfum 
  • Day 4: The Ultimate Toy Giveaway – 1 of 3 Toys (Pokémon Trading Card Terapagoes Ex Ultra-Premium Collection, Barbie Dreamhouse 2023, or Fisher Price Like A Boss Entertainer) 
  • Day 5: Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee Machine Bundle (White) 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

  1. Winner Selection
    a. One winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries for each daily giveaway.
    b. Winners will be announced via Tauranga Crossing’s Facebook and Instagram stories/posts at 2pm and contacted directly via private message.
    c. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
    d. Each person may only win once across the promotion period. 
  1. Prize Collection
    Winners must collect their prize from the Tauranga Crossing Information Desk and provide valid ID to confirm eligibility. 
  1. General
    a. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    b. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Dyson, Smeg, Chanel, Mattel, Fisher Price, Pokémon, or Nespresso.
    c. By entering, you grant the Promoter permission to use your name and entry for promotional purposes.
    d. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary.
