Dinner + A Movie – Terms & Conditions

DINNER & A MOVIE PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. The promotion will run on Thursdays 4, 11, 18 and 25 June 2026 between 4.00pm and 8.00pm. 
  1. Customers who spend $30 or more in a single transaction at any participating Tauranga Crossing food or beverage retailer during the promotional period are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary adult movie ticket. 
  1. Valid purchases must be made between 4.00pm and 8.00pm on the promotional dates listed above.  
  1. To redeem a movie ticket, customers must present their receipt at the Tauranga Crossing Promotional Cart on the same day as purchase. 
  1. One (1) complimentary adult movie ticket may be redeemed per eligible adult customer who spends $30 or more in a single transaction. Transactions cannot be combined to reach the qualifying spend threshold. 
  1. Each complimentary movie ticket is valid for one (1) adult only. One (1) movie ticket may be redeemed for every $30 spent in a single transaction, provided there is one eligible adult present for each ticket being claimed. For example, a receipt totalling $120 is eligible for four (4) movie tickets only if four (4) adults aged 18 years or over are present at the Tauranga Crossing Promotional Cart at the time of redemption. Movie tickets will not be issued to adults who are not present. 
  1. A total of 200 adult movie tickets are available each promotional night, while stocks last. 
  1. Movie tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
  1. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older; (ii) are not employees of Tauranga Crossing, its retailers, the Promoter, or a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion. 
  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize. 
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third party. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where required by law or where it is reasonable to do so. 
  1. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
