Easter Bunny Hunt – Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

1.The promotion will run during the April School Holidays, Monday to Friday, from 6 April – 10 April and 13 April – 17 April. 

  1. Four laminated bunnies will be hidden throughout the centre each morning during the promotion.
  2. The firstparticipant to find a bunny must take it to the Concierge Desk to claim their Fluffy card(s). 
  3. Onlyone bunny per participant/family per day may be claimed. 
  4. Each child within the same winning family will receive a Fluffy card, with a maximum offive cards per family. 
  5. Fluffycard cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  6. Fluffycards may be redeemed at any café within the shopping centre, including:232 Cakery, Majestic Tea Bar, Muffin Break, Tauriko Pub Co, Pak’nSave, The Mill House, Patrick’s Pies, Hollywood Bakery, Coffee Club, and EVENT Cinemas. 
  7. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) New Zealand residents aged18 years or older or accompanied by an adult if under 18 years, (ii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion. 
  8. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any other third party.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time, where it isrequired to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so (e.g. for safety reasons). 
  11. This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
