Finders Keepers – Terms & Conditions
FINDERS KEEPERS – Black Friday Edition
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The event will run on Black Friday, 28 November 2025.
- Clues will be released on our social media channels. Using these clues, participants must find one of four golden envelopes. Once an envelope is found, the participant must take the prize card to the Info Desk to collect their prize. The prizes must be found after 9am (prize 1), 11am (prize 2), 2pm (prize 3) and 4pm (prize 4).
- A person cannot win more than one Prize. If a participant who has previously won discovers an additional golden envelope, that envelope will be declared void and the Promoter will re-hide the prize for another eligible participant.
- Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older, (ii) have not previously find a golden envelope on the same day, (iii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iv) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any other third party.
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time, where it is required to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so (e.g. for safety reasons).
- This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
