Magic Netball – Line up your shot

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The competition runs from Friday 8th May from 12pm – 1pm or until stock lasts.

Customers must line up to participate. There are three designated shooting spots, and participants must successfully make all three shots to win a double pass to the Magic v Steel game on Saturday 9 May 2026.

Limited to 1 entry per customer, per day. No minimum spend is required to enter.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other item. The prize consists solely of a double pass to the Magic v Steel netball game on Saturday 9 May 2026.

This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older, (ii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any other third party.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time, where it is required to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so (e.g. for safety reasons).

This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
