Visiting Santa

Santa has arrived!

You can visit him in his Toy Workshop located on the ground level between H&M and North Beach. He’s here every day until Christmas Eve.

There’s plenty to do at Santa’s Toy Workshop while you wait to see him. Explore the knick-knacks, write a letter to Santa and then post it at Santa’s Mailbox, or do some colouring-in and enter it in the draw to win! For parents there is a coffee shop located just behind Santa’s Toy Worshop, 232 Cakery, for you to grab a drink or yummy treat while you wait.

Santa also has an extra special Christmas gift that he will give to you when you visit him. This year’s bespoke Christmas decoration was created by local artist Bobbi Summers.

Sensitive Santa

We know that shopping centres can present a number of challenges for some people. Book a Sensitive Santa session to visit Santa in a more relaxed setting, outside of our normal shopping hours, when the centre is quieter, and the lights are lower.

Santa Paws

We know that for some families, a family photo with Santa wouldn’t be complete without their furry family members! We have asked Santa to stay a little later in the evenings so that you can bring your pets in.
