TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promoter is Tauranga Crossing Limited, located at 2 Taurikura Drive, Tauriko 3110, Tauranga.
  2. The Promotional Period commences Monday 3 August 2026 at 9:00am NZDT and ends Sunday 23 August 2026 at 6.00pm.
  3. The promotion is available daily during the Promotional Period from 9.00am to 6.00pm. Entries cannot be accepted outside of these times.
  4. Our standard Competitions and Promotions Terms and Conditions also apply and are available at: taurangacrossing.co.nz/standard-terms-and-conditions. To the extent those standard terms conflict with anything in these specific terms and conditions, these specific terms and conditions will prevail.
  5. To enter the promotion, the customer can:
    1. Spend $50 or more in store in a single transaction at any Tauranga Crossing retailer (excluding banks and EVES Realty) during the Promotional Period.
    2. Present each qualifying and original receipt at Tauranga Crossing Shopping Centre promotional side, ground level, centre court for validation, complete an entry form and agree to the Terms and Conditions before 6pm on the same day as the qualifying purchase .
    3. Once verified, the customer will receive one opportunity to select one ball from the prize pool.
    4. One ball is permitted per eligible receipt, and you can enter a maximum of five (5) times per person, per day.
  6. The ball pool will contain a mixture of winning and non-winning prize balls. Once a customer has selected a ball, it must be opened immediately in the presence of promotional staff to determine whether it is a winning ball.
  7. If the selected ball is a non-winning ball, the customer will automatically be added into the “Second Chance Prize Draw” (see below for further details).
  8. If the selected ball is a winning ball, the customer must present the winning card found inside the ball to the promotional staff at Customer Service.
  9. New winning and non-winning prize balls will be added to the prize pool daily throughout the Promotional Period. Not all advertised prizes will be available to be won on any one day.
  10. Any unclaimed prizes from the day roll over to the next day of the Promotional Period. Any unclaimed prizes left over at the end of the Promotional Period go into the second chance prize draw.
  11. The total value of the prizes available is approximately $15,000 RRP. The prize pool contains a mixture of winning and non-winning prize balls. Winning balls will contain a card for one of the following

  12. Second chance prize draw
    1. Any entrant who draws a non-winning prize ball during the Promotional Period will automatically be entered into the Second Chance Prize Draw.
    2. The Second Chance Prize Draw will take place at 10.00am 14 September 2026. The prizes will be drawn randomly and the winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.  If the winner does not respond within three working days of the draw, another winner may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion.
    3. Anyone who won a prize from the prize draw during the Promotional Period will be removed from the Second Chance Prize Draw.
    4. The second chance prize draw is a $500 House of Travel Voucher, along with any remaining unclaimed prizes (if any).
  13. Only original store receipts are accepted. EFTPOS receipts, invoices, photocopies, screenshots or duplicate receipts will not be accepted.
  14. Prizes are available while stocks last. Once all prizes have been claimed, the promotion will conclude even if the Promotional Period has not ended.
  15. Gift Cards and prizes are not redeemable, refundable or transferable for cash. The promoter will not be liable for any prizes or Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or damaged and will not replace them.
  16. Entrants acknowledge that the promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to use the entrant’s names and photographs for publicity purposes in accordance with the promoter’s Standard Competitions and Promotions Terms.
  17. The promoter, its management and staff, retailers, contractors, their immediate families, and associated agencies of the promoter are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
