Snowy The Elf – Terms & Conditions
SNOWY THE ELF IS ON THE MOVE!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The promotion will run from Monday 1st December 2025 to Wednesday 24th December 2025.
- Snowy the Elf will be on display every day during the duration of the promotion. His location will change daily before the shopping centre opens.
- The first participant to find Snowy The Elf each day must show photo proof at the Info Desk to redeem their free coffee card.
- One win per participant per day.
- Coffee card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Coffee cards may be redeemed at any café within the shopping centre, including: 232 Cakery, Majestic Tea Bar, Muffin Break, Tauriko Pub Co, Pak’nSave, The Mill House, Patrick’s Pies, Hollywood Bakery, and EVENT Cinemas.
- This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older, (ii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any other third party.
- The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time, where it is required to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so (e.g. for safety reasons).
- This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
