Valentine’s Day QR Codes giveaways – Terms & Conditions

Valentine’s Day Giveaways – 12th February to 15th February. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

  1. The competition runs from 12th of February 9am to the 15th of February 2026 6pm.  
  1. How the draw works: customers scan the QR code located on the 4 floor decals throughout the Centre and enter their details to enter the draw.   
  1. 1 entry per QR code, per customer, per day.  
  1. Scanning all four (4) QR codes will result in four (4) entries into the draw. 
  1. Entrants will go into the draw to win one (1) of the following prizes: 
  1. Gold Class Movie + Dinner ($150 Tauriko Pub Co + $100 Eevent Cinema)  
  1. Jewellery ($250 Michael Hill Voucher)  
  1. Couples Massage ($250 Relax Voucher)  
  1. Pamper Pack ($100 Majestic Nails Voucher + $150 TX Voucher)  
  1. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services. 
  1. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older, (ii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion. 
  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize. 
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any other third party. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time, where it is required to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so (e.g. for safety reasons). 
  1. This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
