Waitangi Weekend GWP Campaign – Spend $20 or more and get a free beach bag

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The competition runs from 6th of February 9am to the 8th of February 2026 6pm or while stock lasts.
  2. Customers will have to bring their paper receipts to the Concierge Desk on the same day of purchase (digital receipts will not be accepted) and show their Tauranga Crossing email; the receipt(s) will then be checked and amount confirmed to receive a beach bag. Please note: a limit of one beach bag applies per customer for spends of $20 or more, per day. NO exceptions.
  3. Spend a minimum of $20 at any Tauranga Crossing store then take your receipt(s) to the Concierge Desk to receive your free Tauranga Crossing beach bag. Note that the only exclusions are Pak N Save, banks and EVES Realty.
  4. 1 entry per customer, per day. Receipts are cumulative, with a minimum total spend of $20 accumulated. While stock lasts.
  5. Gift card purchases made at the Concierge Desk are eligible for redemption.
  6. Customers can not redeem this gift or exchange for anything other than the Tauranga Crossing beach bag.
  7. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older, (ii) are not employees of a Tauranga Crossing Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
  8. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity through a technical fault in the running of the Promotion and any other loss of opportunity generally), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any other third party.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time, where it is required to do so by applicable law, or where it is reasonable to do so (e.g. for safety reasons).
  11. This Promotion and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
