Family Fun Run Around The Lakes For Charity

Get moving for charity this Labour Weekend! Run or walk around a 2km/5km course that spans through The Lakes. Pop over the new bridge and enjoy the view around this beautiful course and feel good because you’ll be helping two amazing local charities!

‘Family Fun Around The Lakes’ is the official launch of two local charities who are passionate about creating more ‘good’ in our community. Enter the 2km or 5km event to get active outdoors with family & friends or head straight to the finish line to support the participants and enjoy free live entertainment. There will be giveaways and spot prizes including a special prize for the best dressed so get creative! All proceeds from the day go to both charities so round up everyone you know & join us for the first ever FAMILY FUN AROUND THE LAKES FOR CHARITY!

Family Fun Around The Lakes for Charity 2019
2km and 5km courses.
9am – 12pm, Sunday 27th October.

Early Bird Entry from 10 – 13 October- Single: $15 & Family: $25
Standard Entry from 14 – 27 October: Single: $25 & Family: $35

**You’ll be able to collect your entry pack from our Information Desk outside Stirling Sports from Saturday 19 October**.

The Big Day
8.30am – Make your way to the start line and get stretching!
9.00am –  5km race starts.
9.05am –   2km race starts.
10:30am – Head back to the finish line for the Spot Prize Draw. There’s lots of prizes to be won including a $500 Tauranga Crossing Gift Card!

At the finish line there will be live entertainment including music, face painting and more until 12pm. If you still want to support the event but cannot get around the course, head straight to the finish line for some free fun!
